Who we are
Based in Huntsville, Alabama, ForkDownAndPork was the culmination of an idea from three good ol' Alabama boys, Hoss Johnson, David Schmitt, and Steve Hatfield. Their idea was to be able to provide true Southern meats, BBQ, and fixin's using their own special recipe for the rubs and sauces, which they have been doing since May 2002.
